Do you sometimes go to the gym? If so, describe how you work out there. One month ago I decided to start going to the gym again. I used to go to the gym quite often, but I had surgery on my right arm and I had to stop going there. Then my arm had to recover, so I could not go there and therefore I was focusing more on my studies at university. After I finished university, I found a job as a computer programmer which means that I sit on a chair for the whole day and do not move at all. Therefore I decided to start going to the gym again to get some exercise. When I used to go to the gym before, I focused on gaining weight because I was quite thin and wanted to be more muscular. Now my goal is different. I want to lose some weight, which means that I have to work out differently than I used to before. When I come into the gym, I start with the rowing trainer on which I work out perhaps for 5 minutes. Then I change it for an exercise bike on which I work out for about 10 minutes. Then I go to a running belt on which I run for about 10 minutes. Afterwards I start with working out my biceps with dumbbells and with a barbell. I use dumbells for my triceps too. I use some workout machines for exercising my back, shoulders and legs although I do not like exercising legs so much. When I used to go to the gym before, I did not exercise it at all. I have two pairs of dumbbells, so I exercise at home sometimes too.
